The built-in pump works great and makes it very easy to inflate or deflate the mattress rapidly. My only complaint is that after sleeping on the mattress for eight hours it does loose a bit of air, but I suppose that's to be expected from any air mattress. Mattress arrived sooner then anticipated. The carrying bag is very easy to use, it has a wide opening and two handles to carry the mattress. Very comfortable to sleep on. The always deflate, or they get a hole, or they are uncomfortable. Before I purchased this one, I read ALOT of reviews. I had never heard of this brand and was a little nervous about spending so much money on it. After my experience with this one, I will never buy another mattress. Even if this one 'breaks', I will come back to this brand. We used the mattress for company that stayed with us for a week. After that we left it up for almost 2 months. It was used everyday and we never had to inflate it. It is extremely comfortable, and I almost prefer it to our pillowtop mattress. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an air mattress, especially if you are looking to use it long term. So Far Great   August 26, 2010 JRA I would like to give this product a thumbs up for initial impression. I recently had company staying at my home for approximately one week. The bed in that time frame worked great but had to just inflate a tad bit every other day but it held air really well.
