They stick to the bottom of your sock or stocking and last for hours. I usually put both of the pads on one foot but I'm sure you can just put one of the pads on each of your feet. Cons: Nothing Note: This warmer thingy is very common in Japan, where it is called " KAIRO". I used to ask my friends in Japan to mail them to New York. Now I don't have to.
